Vacuum Glass Australia (VGA) operates this website to provide general information about vacuum insulated glazing, product ranges, projects and contact options. By using the website, you agree to use it lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

2. Product and technical information
Product descriptions, figures, diagrams and technical documents help you explore available options. Check the named product, glass build-up, test specimen, report date and configuration. A glass-only value is not automatically a rating for a complete window or installed system.
Before specifying or ordering, confirm dimensions, configuration, site conditions, frame compatibility, current supporting documents and suitability with VGA and the appropriately qualified designer, engineer or installer. Website material alone does not establish approval for a particular building, heritage application or installation.
3. Project enquiries and supply
The website does not create an account, submit a web quote request, take payment or form a supply contract. Contacting VGA by email or telephone starts a conversation only.
Any quotation, purchase, delivery, installation or warranty arrangement depends on the documents and terms provided for that particular transaction. Nothing published on this website silently changes an accepted quotation or order.
